Vi har arbetat efter det internationella klassificeringssystemet ISO 9999 utgåva 6. Ingen förändring av ISO-koder har skett. Även i 2020 års vårdriktlinjer kommer Diskussionerna har förts med utgångspunkt från patientsäkerhet, resurseffektivitet och kompetens.
